What is Deecell?

Deecell is a Solar Power Unit (SPU) — a solar-powered battery storage system that provides always-on 120V AC power without running the truck. It captures energy, stores it onboard, and delivers reliable auxiliary power while the vehicle is parked. No fuel. No engine. No idling. No waste.

How is a Solar Power Unit (SPU) different from an APU?

An APU is still tied to engines and fuel.
A Deecell SPU eliminates both.

Traditional APUs either run a small diesel engine or rely on the truck’s alternator to recharge batteries. In both cases, mechanical systems are still working — burning fuel, adding wear, and increasing maintenance.
